Leo has always wanted the top job in the best marine research centre, but to get it, he must uncover Seaspray Bay's secret. When he enlists the help of kindhearted local Kai, his heart pulls him in a different direction. Kai just can't understand why Leo wants to study the ocean from inside a land-based building instead of actually in the sea. But then again, he is the octopus shifter keeping the secret of Seaspray Bay.
