Lab-Nest Protocols

The Subject Files Division created its lab nests to control biological bonding between humans and alien specimens.

Every interaction follows a strict protocol. Researchers observe from behind reinforced glass. Specimens remain contained. Compatibility trials begin only after authorization.

But the nests have protocols of their own.

When researchers and workers are identified as compatible, sealed pods override safety commands, suppressants stop working, and carefully controlled experiments become irreversible bonding trials.

Inside the nest, the distinction between researcher and subject disappears. The specimen chooses. The environment adapts. And the human body begins responding to a bond no laboratory protocol can prevent.

Dark sci-fi romance featuring laboratory containment, intelligent alien specimens, biological bonding, compromised consent, possessive non-human lovers, omega biology, living test environments, and researchers who become part of their own experiments.

Protocol of the Alien Pod

Dr. Luca Renn expects his routine calibration session to take thirty minutes.

Instead, the bonding pod seals him inside and initiates an unauthorized trial with Subject A-9; the facility’s most intelligent and unpredictable tentacled specimen.

Trapped in rising fluid, stripped of his suppressants, and overwhelmed by an escalating pheromone response, Luca’s carefully controlled omega biology begins slipping beyond his control.

The pod wants a mate.

A-9 wants him.

And the experiment is only beginning.
